World Central Kitchen’s Relief Team is prepositioned in New Orleans, poised to meet food and water needs after Hurricane Francine makes landfall. Francine strengthened into a Category 1 hurricane Tuesday night as it traveled through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico toward the Gulf Coast and the storm is expected to make landfall Wednesday.
